Ride for Joy Therapeutic Riding Program is a Premier Accredited Center of PATH Intl. Our mission is to provide professional and compassionate equine assisted activities and therapies to individuals with special needs, military veterans and active duty personnel.

In 2021, we created an internship program to utilize the skills of motivated, curious and knowledgeable students from our community. Our first year of interns were vital to the development of our new internship program, and to the day to day operation at our facility. Ride for Joy is committed to providing all interns with a broad scope experience including hands-on learning with horses, interactions with the population we serve, real-world projects, and daily learning opportunities with all of our staff, including the executive director, volunteer and program managers and PATH Intl Certified instructors.
